So you're ready to go for it!
Your extension journey starts right now. Doing your research and finding a specialist to give you the hair of your dreams! The next step will be to book a consultation which can easily be done on the Book Now page.
At your consultation we will discuss your hair goals, desired length and thickness. We will color match your hair with the extension wefts and choose a suitable color. Sometimes the wefts need to be colored or low lighted to create the perfect blend, this will be handled before your extension install and is included in the price of the weft. At this time we will cover all of your questions and concerns regarding wearing sew in flat weft extensions.
If at this point you are ready to move forward I will take a deposit of the price of your hair and place the order for the hair. Once the hair has arrived I will call you to schedule your install, Yay!
Installs are typically 1 to 2 hours depending on the length change and the amount of wefts and rows we have planned for. Your first installation will include a trim or shaping to ensure the perfect blend of your natural hair with your new hair.
As your hair grows out your extensions will need to be moved up, typically every 8-10 weeks. The move up has a shorter service time than the initial install because your extensions will not need to be cut again.

Your investment in extensions will be broken up into two parts, the hair purchase and the service to install.
The initial hair purchase will be the bulk of the cost. Depending on the plan we create during our consultation you may invest anywhere from $400-$2000 on the purchase of your wefts. The hair you have purchsased, if cared for correctly, will last you on average about a year. Your wefts are 100% real human hair and are prone to heat damage and split ends just like your natural hair. Caring for your hair is as easy as caring for your own hair, using moisturizing conditioners, heat protection and limiting prolonged heat from hot tools will ensure the longevity of your wefts.
The second portion of your extension investment is the service to install and eventually your future move ups- maintaining your extensions. This portion is priced per row and is priced at $200 per row to install. In our consultation we will discuss where the extensions will be placed in order to create the perfect blend. Typically we place 1 or 2 rows on the head.
As your hair grows out the extensions, which are attached to your hair, will grow out also. This takes anywhere from 8-10 weeks. At this time you will come in for a move up, the move up charge is the same as the install- $200 per row.

Partnering with Haus of Hair Luxury Hair Extensions to bring safe, sew in extension education to Bay Area stylists.
As a previous Bumble and Bumble Educator it was only natural to take my passion for hair extensions and develop a method with Haus of Hair. In 2018 we created the proprietary method of Haus of Hair sew in extensions, #hohmethod. We have been teaching stylists from all over the country through Zoom or in person classes for local stylists.
Being the Lead Educator for Haus of Hair is one of my favorite roles as a Stylist/Educator.
